This program is offered as an optional extension of the Total Wellness service.
Patients will first complete a Total Wellness Consultation. This consultation is $150 and includes a comprehensive evaluation where Paige will assess your symptoms, review your health history, and determine whether ongoing hormone management is appropriate for your care. Paige may also recommend lab work at this time to further evaluate your hormonal and metabolic health. If you choose to move forward with this program, the $150 consultation fee will be credited toward your membership.
If recommended, you may enroll in the Concierge Hormone Optimization Program for ongoing clinical oversight, personalized treatment, hormone adjustments, prescription management, and direct provider support.
There are no additional provider fees for prescription refills or treatment adjustments while you are an active member. Medication and laboratory costs are not included.
